Over the weekend, Jamie and his father, Chris, completed the Gower Peninsula Ultra Challenge! It was an incredible experience for both of them, as they not only pushed their limits but also raised awareness and funds for Motor Neurone Disease (MND). It’s inspiring to see such dedication to a worthy cause

The Gower Ultra 2025 - Finished! What a beautiful brutal day it was. Stunning scenery & baking hot followed by heavy rain. Plenty of seasons in one day. We completed what we set out to do. An ultra marathon to raise awareness & funds for Motor Neurone Disease
in memory of my Uncle Brian Bowen.
