Last Chance to apply! Exciting grant opportunities to revitalise Carmarthenshireβs town centres
Carmarthenshire County Council is offering two funding schemes to support the improvement and regeneration of town centres across the county, available until 30 September 2025.
π· Refreshing Town Centres Fund
Grants up to Β£2,000 per property (covering 80% of eligible costs) to enhance shopfronts through works like external decoration, painting, lighting installations, and gutter cleaning.
π· Town Centre Vibrancy Fund
Grants ranging from Β£5,000 to Β£50,000 (covering up to 70% of eligible project costs) to help bring vacant ground floor commercial properties in Ammanford, Carmarthen, and Llanelli back into use whether by opening new businesses, expanding existing ones, or repurposing spaces.
