A warm welcome to The Nelson Trust at Parc Dewi Sant 💚

We’re pleased to welcome The Nelson Trust’s Women’s Centre Hub opening soon at Parc Dewi Sant.

The Nelson Trust provides a warm, safe, women-only environment where women can access non-judgemental support, guidance and practical help to make positive changes in their lives.

Their service supports women with a wide range of challenges including housing, finances, trauma and abuse, families and relationships, education and training, physical, emotional and mental health, and more.

The hub offers:
✨ A dedicated key worker
✨ One-to-one support
✨ Group work
✨ Access to food, clothes and toiletries
✨ A safe space to talk, be listened to, and explore options

The service is available to any woman aged 18+ who has been referred by probation, needs support, and is in contact with, or at risk of entering, the criminal justice system.

We’re proud to have The Nelson Trust based here at Parc Dewi Sant, bringing such an important and empowering service to the local community.

We’re proud to share that West Wales Women’s Wellbeing, based here at Medispace, Parc Dewi Sant, is now offering the WID-easy test ❤️👏

This innovative test provides a less invasive approach to assessing the risk of womb cancer, helping to reduce the need for uncomfortable procedures for many women.

At Parc Dewi Sant, we’re passionate about supporting services that put patient experience, dignity and comfort at the heart of care. Women’s healthcare should feel compassionate, accessible and centred around reassurance.

By bringing together specialist clinics, innovative services and wellbeing-focused spaces, Parc Dewi Sant continues to support better access to healthcare for our community.

We’re delighted to share that Beelong Day Centre will be opening soon here at Parc Dewi Sant, Carmarthen.

Beelong will offer a warm, welcoming and supportive space for people to relax, make new friends, enjoy activities, stay active, and feel part of a friendly community.

With fully trained staff and over 30 years’ experience in the care sector, their team are excited to bring a brand-new day centre to Parc Dewi Sant, with activities including therapeutic dance, Tai Chi, dementia support, stroke support, arts and crafts, music, refreshments, light lunches and more.

Transport will also be available, with full day and half day options.
