​We are beyond excited to announce the Open Day for Bubbles Bounce & Sensory Play on Friday 16th January right here at Parc Dewi Sant! 💚

​Play Without Barriers 🌈
Every child (ages 0–18) deserves the right to play, yet many still face barriers. Bubbles Bounce & Sensory Play is on a mission to change that. They have created a genuinely inclusive, accessible environment where children can be exactly who they are.

​What can your family expect?
Whether your child needs to burn off energy or find a moment of calm, this is a space to:

​💦 Splash & Dig
​🏗️ Build & Demolish
​🧘 Focus, Relax & Regulate
​🤝 Socialise in a safe, welcoming environment

​This is more than just a play centre, it’s a community hub where every family is welcome, regardless of background, need, or ability.

2025 Glow-Up Recap at Parc Dewi Sant 🎉

We’ve welcomed an awesome lineup of wellbeing pros, clinics, and creative spaces to the community. More expertise = more good days 🙌

☕ On-Site Café – AHead Of The Game Nutrition has become the place for coffee runs, chill meetings, and that pick-me-up we all need ☕💛

💼 Workspace upgrades
Large, flexible office spaces now available, with shared kitchen facilities and loads of parking. Space to grow without the stress.

🏃‍♀️ Park Run is officially a thing
We now host a Park Run every Saturday morning, and it’s growing week by week 🏃‍♂️🔥
From first-timers to regulars, the community spirit has been unreal.

🌼 Community garden = thriving
Our community garden has genuinely blossomed thanks to our weekly community garden group. More greenery, more connection, more cups of tea and chats in the fresh air.

🌿 Wellbeing at the Core – More workshops, more community events, more ways to feel good, mind, body, and spirit.

None of this happens without the people who use, support and believe in this place so thank you for being part of our community 💚
And honestly… we’re only just getting started ✨

Lucy is joined by John from Age Cymru Dyfed to share all about an amazing new project here at Parc Dewi Sant 👇

Ar Y Ffordd – On The Go is a brand-new partnership between Age Cymru Dyfed and Dolen Teifi with the Carmarthenshire Living Well Centre. Parc Dewi Sant is now home to 5 fully accessible vehicles that anyone can use 🚗💙

Here’s the thing though… this service only works because of volunteer drivers. No volunteers = no journeys. And those journeys make a huge difference to people in our community.

If you’re a Carmarthen resident, enjoy driving, and fancy giving something back in a genuinely meaningful way – this one’s for you 🙌
