🚗 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐬 𝐔𝐩 𝐀𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐭 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐜 𝐃𝐞𝐰𝐢 𝐒𝐚𝐧𝐭 🚗

We just wanted to give everyone a quick update about the car parks here at Parc Dewi Sant. Over the next month, ParkingEye will be installing some new parking controls to make sure there’s always space for staff and visitors using the services on-site.

If you’re visiting any of the businesses here, don’t worry—you’ll still be able to park here and access the services you need! You’ll get 90 minutes of free parking for each service you visit, per day. All you need to do is register your car using a tablet or a QR code when you’re at the business you’re visiting.

A couple of things to keep in mind:
- 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐧𝐞𝐰 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐬𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦 𝐢𝐬𝐧’𝐭 𝐥𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐲𝐞𝐭. ParkingEye are still putting up signs and setting things up, but we expect the system to be ready in about two weeks (as long as everything goes smoothly).
- There will be a grace period after it goes live to give everyone time to get used to the new system. We’ll keep you posted on social media with updates once we know the exact go-live date! In the meantime, don’t worry about registering or paying for parking. Everything is business as usual right now.
- No profit will be made from parking control. It will all be re-invested into the grounds maintenance to keep service charges low for our tenants.
- If you work on site please speak to your building manager and share your vehicle registration with them for them to add to their whitelist

Simply put, we want to make sure there’s always space for the people who need it most—the ones visiting the businesses here. As the estate becomes busier, this will be essential.

4 months. That is all it took for Sandra and her incredible family to turn a big dream into the magic that is Bubbles Bounce and Sensory Play! ✨

We are so excited to share a quick update from Lucy in our community garden. We want to extend a huge thank you to Dr. Kerry Phillips (GP from the Tywi Taf cluster) for the incredibly generous contribution to our garden funding.

​Thanks to this support, we’ve been able to purchase the compost needed to get our beds started and our plants thriving! 🌻
