WE SUPPORT YOUNG CARERS IN CARMARTHENSHIRE & PEMBROKESHIRE

Many young carers are struggling to balance work, education and caring responsibilities and are missing out on social lives and freedom. This affects their mental health and their ability to thrive. Caring is a tough job and no one should have to do it alone!

How we can help
πŸ‘ We support Young Adult Carers (18-25) with their mental health in our centres in Carmarthen, Haverfordwest and Pembroke Dock.
πŸ‘ Unpaid Carers Mental Health packs available at our services, with wellbeing tips and info on services available for young carers in Pembrokeshire and Carmarthenshire.
πŸ‘ Young Carers and Young Adult Carers Group (for 11-18 year olds) in Pembroke Dock, A friendly space for young carers to meet, socialise, and have fun. With confidential support from staff and peers.
