Wellness Walk this Saturday 26th July in Wentwood, Newport!

If you plan to join us, simply register on our community events page on www.tidybutt.co.uk

Meet us at 7:50am for an 8am start in the Cadeira Beeches car park on the Usk road at the top of Wentwood. Type Cadeira Beeches car park into google maps and it will come up. The car park is free.

There are a few little uphill parts but they are not steep- just a gradual incline.

This is not a race and we always take our time, it’s a relaxed and chilled walk- we start together and finish together 🙏🏻

Please bring-

Appropriate clothing
Suitable footwear (shoes optional!😉)
Good quality coat or jacket
Potentially sunglasses?! 🙏🏻😎
A smile 😊
Plenty of water

Happy birthday to this absolute legend of a human! Our mucker Bomb deserves the best day - mainly of rest 😂

Tidy Butt was born because of Mat and it’s still here because of him too. Never giving up through the MANY challenges we have faced - pouring every ounce of energy, passion and care into it, sometimes to his own detriment! He has a heart the size of a rugby ball and goes above and beyond to help others, more than anyone realises. The endless days, late nights, working weekends, working double jobs, saving the charity money whenever possible. He’s a truly special human 🙏🏻 proud to know you and work alongside you.

We love you and appreciate you Bomb- and so does the community! Happy birthday beast!

tidy_butt are reaching out to a wider community to provide more opportunities to support people with wellbeing!

Meet us at 08:20 for an 0830 hr start in Bute Park, Animal wall entrance.

Caerphillly Wellbeing Walk…on Sunday 13th July, at 9am!

tidy_butt are reaching out to a wider community to provide more opportunities to support people with wellbeing!

Come along to be part of a group and connect with each other!

Meet us at 8.50am for an 9am start in the car park at Fforest Fawr, loads of parking available CF83 1NG what3words ///stress.sweep.stews

The walk will be a circular walk along forest paths, with a few little ups and downs. Well stop at a lovely viewpoint for a circle to share, and then continue our adventures along a sculpture trail…! It’s not suitable for pushchairs but kids are more than welcome and will love the dens, streams and sculptures!

Pop in and visit the new TidyButt coffee shop and wellbeing space “Grounded” in Sebastapool.

We can’t thank the guys for ti🙃the fundraising effort, it’s fundraising like this that allows us to keep offering the support services we do.
