✨We still have a few spaces left for tonight’s sound journey at Rudry Hall✨

Come and join us for a deeply relaxing sound journey with the wonderful Gail Stewart at Rudry Hall

A Sound Journey is a healing musical performance played out through Himalayan singing bowls, crystal bowls, gongs, and a variety of other often unusual sound-producing instruments complemented by the human voice. Participants lie down and simply allow the waves of sound to flow over, embrace and permeate them.

Please make sure to come prepared to make yourself comfortable during your visit. It would be ideal if you could bring something soft and snug to lie on, along with a head support and something warm to cover yourself. If you have a quilt and pillow that you would like to bring for extra comfort, please don't hesitate to do so. Additionally, if you have a yoga mat, it would be helpful if you could bring your own, as we will have a limited amount available at the hall. Rest assured that the hall will be nice and warm when you arrive. Thank you for your support, as all profits will go to Rhydri Primary School.

Date - Sunday 25th February 7-8:30pm. The cost is £15 concessions £10.
