Hello 👋 my name is Kathryn and I live near the Beautiful Lake District where I have a Lakeside Lodge which we advertise as a Holiday Rental. Unfortunately due to personal reasons we have put it up for sale and feel it would be a perfect place if anyone is interested ❤️
You can actually live at Pine Lake in Carnforth Full time as you pay Council Tax and there are About 20 lodges that are already lived in with the others either used as Holiday Rentals or Holuday Homes .
The fees vary depending on living arrangements but are generally between £2500-£4500 a year .
