I've just been made aware of this amazing little girl aged just 9, and her charity swim challenge for our local pool.

India has challenged herself to swim a half marathon (13.1miles) with her swimming teacher Becky swimming a Marathon (26.2 miles) in aid to raise £5000 for the pool.

What an absolutely wonderful thing for India to be doing at such a young age.

C'mon Carnforth peeps, we've all used this pool at some point in our lives and without such inspirational little people like India it wouldn't be here today.

So it may only be a few £'s but let's put our hands in our pockets and show her the support that she deserves.

A huge WELL DONE to India for such a inspirational challenge.

Missing 17 year old

Rebecca is missing from a campsite in Silverdale.

Last seen wearing Mickey Mouse Leggings and a black jacket.

The Police Helicopter has been out last night looking for her. Police dogs caught her cent near the Golf Course last night.

If you are out walking please help look for her.
