☑️Appointments are now available to book for Pregnant women and children aged 2-3, starting in September.

We have noticed an increase in patients contacting us with issues with the MyGP App.

❌ The MyGP App is being phased out and being replaced with the NHS App.

We recommend you
✅Open the MyGP App. Navigate to Settings and click on disconnect
✅Install the NHS App from the Apple Store or Google Play Store.
✅Login to the NHS App. Use the same email and password you used for the MyGP App. If you've forgotten your password, you can reset when you login to the NHS App.

On the NHS app you can

👀 View your health record securely
🩹 Get health information and advice
❤ Register your organ donation decision
🤒Check your symptoms

📱It’s easy to use and, if you have an issue you can go to “Help” in the top right hand corner of the app.

🌳The service is available to patients registered at Ash Trees Surgery and the service is free.

🥰Wellbeing team will contact you and spend time exploring what activities or local support could improve your wellbeing.
Support could include:
Social isolation
Loneliness
Emotional wellbeing
Healthy lifestyle choices
Getting out and about and much more....

🗣️If you would like to access support from the Wellbeing team, speak to one of our patient advisors or Clinician who will refer you onto the Wellbeing team.

✔️We will be holding clinics across all our sites.
📆 We are hoping to release dates in the next couple of weeks, we will let you know when it’s time to book.

🗣️NHS Talking Therapies offer free groups and courses, as well as one to one therapy to help you understand what you're going through and build your confidence.

➡️You can refer yourself directly to an NHS talking therapies service without a referral from a GP, or a GP can refer you.

🤗Help is available in person, by video, over the phone or as an online course

In line will all practices within the Morecambe Bay area Ash Trees Surgery will be closed from 1pm today, this is for essential staff training for Clinicians and Admin staff.

🤒If you require medical assistance whilst we are closed please call 111 who will be able to assist you.
🏥The Urgent treatment centres will still be open, please contact 111 to arrange an appointment.
👁 If you are suffering from any eye conditions, find a local Opticians who offer Community eye care. You don’t need to be registered with the opticians, just with a GP. They have emergency on the day appointments for this.
🦷 Emergency dentist please contact them on 0300 1234 010
💻Visit the NHS website for helpful information or access advice via the NHS app.
🟢Visit your local Pharmacy who can give expert advice on many minor conditions.

🕗We will be back open as normal on Friday 11th July from 8am
