✔Check to make sure you have enough medication to last you over the Bank Holiday.
✔If you don’t have enough to see you through please make sure your order within enough time for your request to be processed.
✔Please ensure you tick the boxes and only order what you need. Please do not over order.
✔Make sure your medicine box at home is stocked with the essentials.
⁉️Did you know you can order your repeat prescriptions up to 10 days in advance?
✔️Please leave at least 4 working days for your prescriptions to be processed via the NHS app and 7 working days if ordered by repeat slip.
📲The easiest way to order your medication is via the NHS app.
🚶🏼‍♂️Or bring your repeat slip into one of the surgeries and put in the box.
❌Prescription requests will not be taken over the phone unless previously agreed to do so

You can now get the contraceptive pill from a Pharmacy

☑️Start the contraceptive pill for the first time
☑️Take the contraceptive pill again after a break from using it
☑️If you already have a prescription for the contraceptive pill, you can use the prescription as usual. Or you can get the pill from a pharmacy without a prescription if you prefer.

✅You’ll speak with a pharmacist in private. They’ll ask about your health and may check your height, weight and blood pressure.

💊The pharmacist will let you know how to take the pill, and discuss possible side effects.

📲How to access the Contact your GP about a health problem via the NHS app
➡️Sign in to your NHS app
➡️On the Home page select the 'Appointments tab'
➡️On the Appointments page select 'Book an appointment'
➡️On the Book an appointment page select 'Ask about a health problem'
➡️You will then be asked to confirm it is Ash Trees Surgery you are contacting
➡️Confirm who it is filling on the form and date of birth
➡️You will be asked to confirm it is not an emergency and that 999 would be more appropriate
➡️You will then be asked to fill in a form describing the problem, how long it has been going on for, have you tried anything to help etc.

🤒If you require medical assistance whilst we are closed please call 111 who will be able to assist you.

🏥The Urgent treatment centres will still be open, please contact 111 to arrange an appointment.
👁 If you are suffering from any eye conditions, find a local Opticians who offer Community eye care. You don’t need to be registered with the opticians, just with a GP. They have emergency on the day appointments for this.
🦷 Emergency dentist please contact them on 0300 1234 010
💻Visit the NHS website for helpful information or access advice via the NHS app.
🟢Visit your local Pharmacy who can give expert advice on many minor conditions.
