ACKNOWLEDGEMENT & MONTH'S MIND MASS DETAILS

The family of the late Sarah (Sadie) O'Neill wish to sincerely thank all those who sympathised with them on the recent bereavement of their mother. We would like to thank all those who called at the house and sent cards.

Many thanks to Fr Fitzsimmons who celebrated Requiem Mass, Amy McAllister for providing the lovely music, and to Marty McToal and the Waterfall bar for providing the refreshments afterwards. Thanks also to Mum's carers and the ambulance service.

We also would like to express our sincere thanks to Joe Cunning, Cunning Funeral Directors, for his help and guidance and for conducting all aspects of the funeral in a professional and compassionate manner.

Sadie’s Month’s Mind Mass will be held on Saturday 21st February at 6.30pm in St John The Evangelist Church, Carnlough.

It is with the greatest of regret that we have to inform you of the death of Joseph (Joe) Ramsey, formerly of McGarel Gardens, Larne. Joe passed away suddenly in hospital on 5th of February, may he rest in peace.

Dearly beloved son of the late Malachy & Lilly, loving father of Alison, Michael, Adrian and Eamon. Dear father-in-law of Antoinette and Nicola. Much loved grandfather of Sinead, David, Conor, Tiarna and the late Dillon, also great a grandfather.

Joe's funeral will leave his son Adrian's residence, 16 Cranbourne Glen, on Sunday at 5.00pm to St Anthony's Church, Craigyhill, for 5.30pm.
Requiem Mass on Monday at 11.30am, burial afterwards in Larne cemetery.

Deeply regretted by his sorrowing family and family circle. St Joseph pray for him.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT & MONTH'S MIND MASS DETAILS

The brother and sisters and family circle of the late Vincent Agnew, wish to sincerely thank all those who sympathised with them in their recent bereavement.
Thanks to those who messaged, called at the house, sent cards and who gathered along the route to the church, especially the pupils of St Mary's Primary School and to the Golf Club for their guard of honour.

The family wish to thank the kind relatives, neighbours and friends who helped them during this difficult time.

Thanks to Fr. Whiteford who celebrated the Requiem Mass, to Amy Mc Allister who provided the lovely music and to Adhamh O’Neill at Restaurant Nineteen Thirty Eight for providing the refreshments afterwards.

We wish to express our sincere thanks to all the medical staff involved in Vincent's care especially Macmillan Unit in Antrim.

We also would like to express our sincere thanks to Funeral Director, Joe Cunning, for his help and guidance and for conducting all aspects of the funeral in a professional, dignified and compassionate manner.

Acknowledgment

The late David (Davey) Magee’s brother, nieces and nephews wish to express our heartfelt thanks for the support shown following the death of our much loved brother and uncle.

We appreciate all the family and friends who attended David’s removal service and/or funeral, and all those who were unable to attend but sent messages of support.

We wish to thank Father Joe and Deacon Esteban for their pastoral support, and for the removal and funeral services. Thanks to Mariel and Moira Crawley for the beautiful music and singing at the removal service and funeral, and to Rosaleen Fyfe for the refreshments after the funeral and Con Magee’s GAC for the use of the club.

We also wish to thank all the staff in Cullybackey Health Centre, Antrim Area Hospital and Galgorm Care Home who looked after David.

We wish to thank Cunning Funeral Directors, Carnlough for the dignified manner they carried out the funeral arrangements.

It is with the greatest of regret that we have to inform you of the sudden death of Sarah (Sadie) O’Neill, 2 Cranny Avenue. May she rest in peace.

Dearly beloved wife of the late Owen, and loving mother of Owen and wife Kathleen, Pat and partner Shauna, Siobhan, Seamus, John and wife Andrea, Amanda (Baxter) and husband Glen.

Devoted granny of Siobhan, Ciaran, Oonagh, Caitlin, Orla, Tiarna, Christopher, Martin, Seana, Susan, Amy, Matthew, Owen, Connor and Sean.

Dear sister of Charlie, Pat, Rose, Seamus, Stephen, Owen and the late Jean, Hugh, Danny, Terry and Liam.

Sadie’s funeral will leave her late residence on Wednesday, at 10.30am for 11am Requiem Mass in St. John The Evangelist Church. Burial afterwards in adjoining cemetery.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

The family of the late Liam Mc Ilwaine wish to express our heartfelt thanks for the love and support shown to us following the death of a much loved father, father in law, grandfather and great grandfather.

We appreciate and thank all our family and friends who called at Liam’s late residence, attended his funeral, and sent messages of sympathy, Mass cards, Sympathy cards and anyone who helped in any way.

Sincere thanks to Father Milo and Deacon Ricky, who provided us all with great comfort and support, and for celebrating the Requiem Mass. Thanks also to Catherine Hamilton and Aoife Johnston for providing the beautiful music and singing, and to Marty McToal for refreshments after the service and St. Comgall’s Club for the use of the club after the funeral.

Special mention to the paramedics, and the staff of Antrim Area Hospital and the Royal Victoria Hospital.

Our appreciation is also extended to Cunning Funeral Directors, Carnlough, for the dignified manner in which they carried out the funeral arrangements.

Since we cannot thank everyone individually, we trust that this acknowledgement will be accepted as a token of our appreciation by everyone who sympathised with us.

It is with the greatest of regret that we have to inform you of the death of Vincent Agnew, Balliskey, Cushendall. Vincent passed away peacefully at hospital on 6th January, 2026. May he rest in peace.

Dearly beloved son of the late James and Bridie, dear brother of Gary, Marie (Molloy), Ann (Newe), Bernadette (Harvey), Cathleen, Josephine and the late John and Pauline (Holley). Dear brother-in-law of Rosaleen, Michael, Paul, Dominic, Molly and Phil.

Vincent's remains will repose at his sister’s residence, 58 Middle Park Road from Wednesday 7th. Vincent's funeral will leave his sister’s residence on Friday at 10.30am to St. Mary's Church for 11.00am Requiem Mass, burial afterwards in adjoining cemetery.

Deeply regretted by his sorrowing brother, sisters, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews and wider family circle. Our Lady of Knock pray for him.

It is with the greatest of regret that we have to inform you of the death of David (Davey) Magee, 2 Sunray Crescent, Cargan, Glenravel. Davey passed away peacefully in hospital on 27th December 2025, may he rest in peace.

Dearly beloved son of the late Patrick and Annie and loving brother of Paddy and the late Kathleen (Hegarty), Maura (Waide) and his twin brother Hugh.

Davey's remains will arrive at Mary Queen of Peace Church, Glenravel, on Tuesday 30th December, 2025, for 6pm. Requiem Mass on Wednesday at 11am, burial afterwards in adjoining cemetery.
