The OLD SKOOL TUNES were on tonight! With 7 Arbroath Ladies in the house, we were reliving our younger days at Bally’s Nightclub Arbroath 🤣🤣🤣
Then we used to DANCE … Now we EXERCISE!!!!

He tells us how harmful some Protein Bars can be, with added chemicals linked to Cancer & other serious health problems.
I’ve made another batch of my own Organic Museli Bars made with a variety of Seeds, Quinoa & Fruit and Granola Bars made with mixed Nuts, Peanut Butter & Honey ONLY!

As an instructor it’s hard to sometimes get to other classes!

This week I’ve done Lydia’s 7.30am Ceremony at Carnoustie Leisure Centre, Susan’s 10am Ceremony at Saltire Leisure Centre, Vicky-Lea’s 7pm Body Balance at Arbroath Sports Centre & Kathleen’s 7.30am RPM at Montrose Sports Centre.
Looking forward to trying both Gill’s 7.30am RPM at Montrose on Friday & Vicky’s 6pm Spin at Carnoustie on Friday too plus Steph’s & Jenni’s Dance Friday Dance Class in the weeks ahead …. ABSOLUTELY LOVED EVERY CLASS 😍😍😍
