Spiral Hi my name is Pauline Sharp and im a Holistic Therapist working in and around the Carnoustie area. Treatments can take up to an hour and a half.

I offer a holistic approach and tend to revolve other therapies around a set course of Reflexology sessions, usually over 6-8 weeks. During the course of these the source of many health issues can be identified and eradicated. Reflexology adjusts the tension in the body allowing all the bodily systems to work more efficiently. This is usually supported by a wide range of therapies including aromat

herapy massage, magnets, castor oil packs applied locally and to the liver, and the use of raw juices including wheatgrass. I also use energy therapies, believing most of our health issues are a direct result of trapped negative emotions. I can eliminate phobias, OCD, PST and any negatively charged emotions using a magnet all without having to be told about the issue. An individual treatment plan is drawn up after an initial consultation taking up to 15 minuits. You may come in with sciatica and leave the sessions making changes in your life. I also have a great interest in working with children with complex disabilities and the Autistic Spectrum. Having been a spectrum child myself, i feel i have a personal insight into connecting with these children and in adapting treatments to suit. I have baby reflex training also toddler reflex. These are skills are for teaching parents techniques for soothing babies and toddlers, and can do workshops with the same.
