People often think meditation is all about sitting 🧘🏼♀️ but it doesn’t need to be. It’s about getting into that ‘flow state’ also known as being "in the zone," or “in the moment”, it is a state of deep focus and complete immersion in an activity. It's when you're fully engaged and time seems to fly by. It's like being in a state of effortless concentration and heightened performance. When you're in flow, everything else fades away and you're completely absorbed in the present moment. It's a beautiful experience! 😊✨
