So what style of dancing do we do at the GroovaRoo Pregnancy and Baby Sling Class? 💃👶

Soul Line Dancing - a mix of easy-to-follow moves, great music, and plenty of baby cuddles.

We dance to all sorts of artists (think Ed Sheeran, Dua Lipa, The Beatles) so there’s something for everyone.

The best part? Your baby feels the rhythm right along with you, helping them feel calm and connected.

Fun fact - Soul Line Dancing is rooted in African dance traditions, reimagined in a modern way!

Developed in the USA, this unique class is the only one of its kind in Angus - a fun, judgement-free space where the focus is simply on moving to music and enjoying yourself.
