So excited to be planning our next blocks as we move into the spring and summer months!

Spring into Summer Series
Join us for a series of 3-week blocks - a chance to move, bond and connect with your baby (or bump!) in a relaxed and supportive space 💃👶

📅 Blocks will run on Tuesdays 1–2pm
👉 Can’t make Tuesdays? We are happy to run additional days/times if there is interest, so please still get in touch if you would like to come along.

Developed in the USA, this unique soul line dancing class is the only one of its kind in Angus! A fun, judgement-free space where the focus is simply moving to the music and enjoying yourself.

Celebrating their first block of dancing, bonding and beautiful shared moments - complete with their certificates (new for 2026).

From sleepy snuggles to giggles and growing confidence, it’s such a privilege to watch these little ones (and their grown-ups!) flourish each week.

Our next block starts in just a few days and there are only a couple of spaces left.

Hi for those who are new here, I'm Alison 👋🏼. I wanted to share for anyone who constantly finds themselves stuck for ideas with the kids..

As a new mum, I really struggled some days to find the motivation to leave the house - not because there was nothing to do, but because it felt like there was nowhere to go. As my boy’s grown, our needs have changed, and I realised how helpful it would be to have ideas ready when you need them.

That’s why I built Adventure Sprout - a free, community-led platform to help families find places to go, sessions and events without the endless scroll.
