Introducing the beautiful beech tree considered to be the Queen and mother of the forest.
Beech trees hold an abundance of gifts including shelter for little animals.
Their nuts are edible and centuries ago were used for flour and oil.
Tomorrow I will be going live at 12md offering a short poem in recognition of beech trees.

I will shortly be going live having written a poem recognising the strength and dignity of oak trees.
Though this oak has not come into leaf yet I was fortunate to find one of his discarded branches shed from the storms of winter lying at the base.
Between the 17th and 19th century in Ireland Scotland and the UK there were huge plantations of oak trees which were the basis for large fleets of ships before iron and steel replaced wood.
The oak is considered to be the king of the trees and it commands space on the land.

There was a certain presence about the sea at Carnoustie today a feeling of calmness and balance
As I walked alongside the shore I became totally caught up in the luminous quality of the water and caught an image of these spectacular colours for you to enjoy.

I attended the opening of this You.Wellness Club in Dundee St Carnoustie yesterday.
Having experienced debilitating backache for a number of years I cannot stress enough the benefits of stretching classes pilates and yoga which this centre offers plus reformer strength and infrared workouts.

It never ceases to amaze me with the pictures I received to guide people through drumming and the use of these tarot cards at the psychic and holistic fare on Sunday past.
Thanks to Phil who organised it and to such lovely people who appeared for guidance.
I don't call myself a psychic but am a spiritual guide and shaman.
I drew these cards for myself today and felt a total lift in vibration while checking them out.
Wands are a fire sign propelling a person to move forward take action and actualize dreams.
The two of cups is a water sign showing an ability to connect in a compassionate heart centered way.
The ace of wands indicates breakthroughs which the high priestess supports through the subconscious mind bringing mysterious paths into awareness.

I just completed the Chakra Workshops which were held over 4 dates in Carnoustie. These were very powerful sessions encompassing meditation, energy work and learning about the chakras. Ita guided us beautifully in a safe and open space and supported us throughout. She continued to keep in touch with guidance out with the sessions, helping to implement these practices into daily life. After feeling lost whilst dealing with grief and ongoing health struggles these sessions came along at the perfect time. Theyhave helped me immensely with feeling connected to my body and its energy field and to my loved ones. Thank you for Ita for such an amazing course.
