Well done folks for managing to come to my third workshop on the heart chakra on such a freezing cold evening.
But we were toasty warm in the bowling club at Maule Street.
People attending learned about breathwork as a meditative practice and utilised techniques to release blocked energy.

This time of the year is a bit frantic isn't it the mind is running ahead trying to get a lot done and now there is only a week to go to Christmas.
I've been running some workshops on the chakras due to continue in January 2026.
One of the ladies attending was delighted to realise that meditation need only take 5 to 10 minutes of her time per day.
So im going to be offering a live video meditation at 12md tomorrow on the root chakra.
Meditation will help you come home to your inner being. Trust that your not alone and are guided in this sometimes frantic world.
Develop an ability to tune into your intuition which believe me developing a daily practice can be achieved.

What pleasure it was to have attended Stephens last light of healing workshop at lendrick Lodge this past weekend.
Lendrick Lodge has been my place of renewal and sustainment over many years.
It continues to be a haven for those seeking the path of the shaman learning to firewalk or just being nurtured by the kitchen staff with their nourishing vegetarian food.
I look forward to returning for new year and firewalking into it.

Thanks to everyone attending this workshop on the third chakra at Carnoustie bowling club.
People attending found that releasing strong emotions through specific energy exercises helped them balance their energy field.
The closing meditation ensured everyone felt totally relaxed going home.

As the season turns and the dark nights fall I'm delighted to welcome the folk who are attending this first workshop of four on the root chakra this coming Thursday.
Energy and the chakras are integral to developing a practice which helps us connect be grounded and realise that we're even stronger doing it together.

I've been thinking about what drew me to begin meditating sounding the chakras and much of that then had to do with loss and grief due to divorce.
Sounding the chakras and meditating daily gave me strength purpose and belief that we never walk alone.
Its not when life is easy we develop a backbone rather than a wishbone but when life becomes tough.
My desire through running these upcoming workshops is to draw people together with an understanding that emotions like grief fear and anger are ok. But we don't need to be consumed by them.
Having the tools of chakra meditation breathwork and sounding will support you to listen to guidance and trust your intuition.

My background is clinical hypnosis neurolinguistic therapy bio energy and shamanism.
From this mind body spirit background I have the ability to help clients understand how to handle emotions like fear and use tools to shape-shift it into resilience.
Clients having hypnotherapy with deep seated issues realise that one session isn't enough as their issues are releasing they need time to process and at least three to four more hypnosis sessions to ensure change.
Having run 11 stand alone workshops on individual chakras in Carnoustie I've realised this isn't enough to support change.
After much thought I've decided to offer four consecutive monthly workshops relating to specific chakas which will give people attending the ability to learn from the tools I'm offering
Drop deeper into guidance and meditation and understand that on this wonderful journey of life we are not alone.
