Align Pilates By Rosie Align Pilates is taught by Rosie, a fully certified APPI (Australian Physiotherapy Pilates Institute

Pilates focuses on building up strength in abdominals, hips and back muscles and helps with better posture. Practising pilates will help reduce back pain, aid wellbeing and better movement. Classes and one-to-one sessions are tailored to suit individuals of all abilities and ages. Bespoke individual courses may be offered following referral and consultation.

What is jump board?

Jump Board Reformer Pilates combines the core strength focus of Pilates with cardiovascular training. This class allows participants to “jump” while lying down, reducing joint stress, also improves cardiovascular fitness, coordination, lower body strength and is so much fun!

This is an intimate class with just 6 spaces - Personal Message to book 💌

Suitable for mums who are:
•6 weeks post birth
•12 weeks post c-section
•In need of some “me-time” with your little one for company

This class helps you to navigate your body post-birth. We will focus on strengthening your pelvic floor and improving posture. Your baby even gets to be involved in the action! There’s a lot of face to face time and baby giggles to keep you both entertained the whole way through! Can’t wait to see you and your wee one at class!
