Lymphatic Drainage Massage is based on the principle of motion and works by stretching the skin to open the Lymphatic’s. All motions move in sequence to allow the lymph to drain in the direction of the nearest Lymph node.

🤍 For correct Lymphatic Drainage Massage the pressure is light so not to compress the lymphatic vessels

🤍 Direction is important so we aim to disperse the lymph to the correct nodes

🤍 Rhythm and sequencing allow the lymph to be guided on a clear pathway.
