It's designed to help patients with a musculoskeletal (MSK) condition access the right care quickly and efficiently without needing to see a GP.
It works by guiding users through a structured online assessment, ultimately leading to appropriate care pathways and self-management.
Patients can access the service at any time of day and do not have to wait for an appointment so can start straight away

- Lyme disease is a bacterial infection that can be spread to humans by infected ticks. It's usually easier to treat if it's diagnosed early.
Symptoms of Lyme disease - Many people with early symptoms of Lyme disease develop a circular red skin rash around a tick bite.
