Hydration & Nutrition Awareness Week

Good nutrition and staying hydrated are key to maintaining health, energy, cognitive function and immune support 🥗

💧 Did you know?
Women need around 1,600 ml a day (≈ 3 pints)
Men need around 2,000 ml a day (≈ 3½ pints)

Dehydration can increase the risk of infections and falls, so sipping fluids regularly throughout the day can help keep you healthy and safe.

Our IMPACTAgewell® Officers help Older People stay healthy at home, offering guidance on hydration, nutrition support, and connecting them to support services they require.

📞 For more information on how IMPACTAgewell® can support you, please contact Agewell on 028 2565 8604

As always grateful for the support each week from Billy and it was a pleasure to have Peter out with us tonight. Busy wee night with plenty to keep us going. Thanks to the PSNI for their help.
I am particularly proud of some of the young ladies tonight looking after their friends. You should be proud of yourselves.
