~ We are looking to add to our team at Loughshore Physio.

~ We are looking to add 1-2 Physios, keen to take on an established caseload, with 2/3 years MSK experience

~ We are also looking to bring 1-2 Pilates Instructors on to our team ( preferably with a Physio background, but we are open to discussing experience for non- physio instructors)

~ We can offer both clinical hours along with Pilates teaching for anyone looking to do both

• Our Physio- led Pilates spaces are almost at capacity again!

• We keep a waitlist for anyone looking to join any of our other classes, listed below. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch if you would like to join when spaces become available.

• 2 new Pilates classes have been added to our timetable due to growing demand!

• These classes will be open for booking from the beginning of February
~ Tuesday 3rd Feb & Saturday 7th Feb

• Both new classes are suitable for all levels of Pilates experience/ mixed ability

•• Our only other class currently with 2 spaces is Tuesday morning at 10am

•We will be taking one continuous break over the Christmas period from Wednesday 24th Dec to Monday 5th January!

• (Please note any appointments that have been booked on Friday 2nd Jan will go ahead as planned, but no new appointments will be available on this day)

We are delighted to announce another addition to Loughshore and with that, an additional evening filled with Pilates on our timetable!

• Ally comes from a strong fitness background with over 16 years experience as a personal trainer and class instructor, specialising in strength and conditioning. She then spent time working as a physiotherapy assistant which gave her the desire and motivation to retrain and complete her degree in physiotherapy, graduating in June 2025.

• Ally has experience working with people of all ages and abilities and is committed to helping each individual feel supported, strong, and capable.

• She is currently undergoing her APPI Pilates training and is excited to combine her background in fitness and her physiotherapy degree to help others move and feel better with confidence and safety within our Pilates classes!

• Ally has competed internationally in powerlifting and enjoys teaching a wide range of classes in our local leisure centres. She also enjoys coaching netball when not training herself.
