Yoga, a practice truly adapted to suit you.
Not a time to disconnect but a time to truly connect.
Everyone is so different , every body feels different. It’s so important that you practice on the way that suits you. Yoga says don’t blindly follow instead it asks that you really explore that you really get to know your body. It doesn’t say ‘this is how it is’ it asks ‘how is it for you?’

Informed & Inspired, yes … I don’t want to be ‘influenced’ I don’t want to blindly follow or conform, I don’t want to follow gimmicky trends.
🟣There’s a quiet but powerful difference between being inspired and being influenced—and most people don’t even realize when they’ve crossed the line.
🟣Being influenced often looks like adopting someone else’s choices, opinions, or lifestyle without really questioning if it fits you. It’s easy. It’s passive. And most of the time, it’s driven by noise, trends, and the pressure to keep up.

But being inspired is different.

Inspiration doesn’t tell you who to be—it invites you to think. It pushes you to reflect, to learn, and to make decisions that actually align with what you want and need.
Influence says: “Be like this.” ❌
Inspiration says: “Think about what’s right for you.”✅
We live in a world where it’s incredibly easy to be influenced—and dangerously easy to lose sight of your own direction because of it.
So pause……
Ask yourself:
Do I actually want this, or was I just shown it enough times?
Does this align with my values, or am I just following momentum?
Am I choosing this consciously, or copying it unconsciously?
Be someone who is informed and inspired, not just influenced.
Because your life shouldn’t be shaped by what’s loud—it should be shaped by what’s right for you.

Because sometimes Men feel awk are and embarrassed trying new things too, because sometimes men feel awkward walking into what they believe to be a women dominated space.
Yoga is for everyone, it can support with so many aspects of your health and wellbeing. If you’d like to see how it can help you then come on down and take that step to easing out those aches and pains .

Sometimes doing what you think at the time is the ‘hard thing’ is actually so much easier and better for you than choosing to put it off. Taking care of your health and wellbeing isn’t always easy, sometimes it’s really flipping hard. But in the long run it is so so beneficial.

Join us at The Yoga Loft for Twister Yoga Classes—a playful and unpredictable way to move, stretch, and laugh.

Are your classes heated.
Our studio is heated to around 22 degrees. We use infrared heating panels to heat our space.
Getting the temp suitable for everyone is tough .
So what have we done?
Our new heating is zoned, that means we can have different zones cooler or cooler warmer, that means you can choose to go into an actively heated zone or to a cooler area.

Every time we show up honestly in our body, our effort, and our limits, we’re strengthening in daily life: building the courage to be real.

On the mat, truthfulness looks like listening to the body instead of ego, honoring where we are instead of where we think we “should” be.
