Hey. How are you? How are you feeling, the body, the head, the heart? Maybe you are feeling fab, maybe those energy level are high and bright. Though at the moment It seems like a lot of people are feeling pretty low, maybe even a bit overwhelmed. Try not to be hard on yourself, you’re not alone. Things have been pretty grey, the sky has been dull, we’ve had the smallest glimpses of blue and sunlight and that can really impact our energy and our mood. Also it feels like there is a lot of heavy, stressful & sad stuff happening in the world right now, and that is really hard to see and sit with.
So perhaps take extra time to talk to people about how you are, notice if you’re consuming too much ‘news & noise’ notice how you can better take care of you.
Nourishing food, good company, healthy movement , getting outdoors even when it is grey, making extra effort to get out of its dry and the skies are blue. Making sure your sleep routines are good. Be honest about when you need to push yourself to move and when you need to intentionally rest.
