We're grabbing as much of this glorious weather as we can. By enjoying both the gentlemens club and mindful movements out in the sunshine.
There's nothing better for our mental and physical health than getting some fresh air, vitamin D and doing some gentle movements.
Of course we all enjoyed a cup of tea and a few biscuits afterwards. 🌞🙆‍♀️☕️🍪

Joan had a wonderful visit from the Mayor of Mid and East Antrim Borough Council, Councillor Jackson Minford and his wife, the lovely Lady Mayoress Alison.
Jackson came to present Joan with a beautiful bouquet of flowers and birthday card.
Both Jackson and Alison spent a considerable amount of time with Joan chatting and reminiscing about her family and growing up on a farm. They shared many stories and found lots of things in common. Jackson put his chains of office on Joan, which she was delighted with.
On leaving Joan walked Alison to the door, having found two new friends.
We are extremely grateful to both Jackson and Alison for the gifts, but mostly the time and affection they showed towards Joan.
