Our Understanding Dementia workshop on Thursday evening, was delivered by our In house Dementia Trainers, Ildiko and Tracy. The evening was a great success.
Relatives and friends of our residents who live with Dementia found support, information, and through interactive sensory activities and discussion gained a better insight into the challenges that living with Dementia brings and how best to support their loved ones.

Our staff and family came together for our staff appreciation day. Once again our chef Ryan 👨‍🍳 provided us with a delicious Bbq of burgers, hot dogs and all the fillings. There were lots of sweet treats for the children, throughout the day. With bubbles and party bags given out as they went home.
A big shout out to our manager Ildiko who organised this special day for everyone. 🌞🌞🌞🌭🍔🍩🍭

We all enjoyed an inspirational morning of worship and prayer. Our friends from Victoria Evangelical Church, came to conduct a church service, with Martin giving an inspirational talk on what Christ has done for us.
We finished with prayer and our favourite hymn "Amazing Grace"

We all had a wonderful afternoon yesterday. When Billy and Raymond came to conduct our choir practice. Everyone was in fine tune. As we sang along to some of our favourite songs.
Thursday afternoon choir practise is always a very popular activity.

Our residents are doing some upcycling, using cardboard boxes. They constructed and decorated cardboard. Turning them into fun ball games. There was lots of laughter as some tried to get the balls through the hole, while others were trying to keep them out. 🤣
