We have had a busy year and our counselling service has went from strength to strength. We are now going to practice what we preach at take a well earned rest. Dysregulation isn’t defiance.
It’s a nervous system in overload.

Punishment may stop behavior in the moment, but it doesn’t teach regulation, coping, or problem-solving. Support does. Skills do.

Accountability still matters — and it looks like teaching, repairing, and guiding, not punishing someone for struggling.

🎄CHRISTMAS FOOD DRIVE🎄

After the success of last year, we are once again teaming up with Carrick Rangers FC for a food drive in aid of Carrickfergus Foodbank from now until 29 November. All donations of non-perishable food will be gratefully received!

Crates will be at the following locations:
📍Barn Social Club (pitch entrance) Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday 6-9pm
📍Leisure Centre 3G Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday 6-9pm
