***ANNOUNCEMENT***

After a lot of thinking and worrying I have come to the decision to stop carrying out appointments in Carrickfergus.

After my move I decided I wanted to keep working in the Carrickfergus area. Unfortunately due to a change in circumstances, I have made the decision to close my clinic in Carrickfergus.

I want to thank all my clients for all their support and of course the staff in Bridewells HouseofBeauty for welcoming me to join them over the last 6 months but unfortunately it’s time to say goodbye.

My Diary for Carrickfergus for the week commencing 3rd March is closed

Due to this I have opened the Diary for 12th March.

I got to work on my friend and last night and boy did her body need the recovery.

She was booked in for a full body sports massage. Christy is a very active person between gym sessions, running and walks plus her stressful and very busy job she is non stop and her body was beginning to show those little niggles.

We started working on her legs then into her back using a range of passive stretches and massage techniques. She had a few knots in her calves and tightness in her hamstrings but her shoulders are where she holds all her tension as she says herself she “wears her shoulders like earrings”

In the photo I have worked on her right shoulder but still have her left one to go and the difference really speaks for itself her neck is elongated and the entirety of her back is less stretched out allowing her muscles to relax.

Remember sports massage isn’t just for those sports injury but also for those who have stress and tension throughout their life.

My diary for next week is starting to fill up nicely but I still have 2 slots available in Carrickfergus on Wednesday 15th for either 1 hour or 45 minute treatments.
