What a week… honestly, what a month wrapped into just a few days!

◼️Sunday started with a much-needed reset at Galgorm Spa ✨
◼️Monday back to the 8–4 grind
◼️Tuesday was full-on with my prescribing exam followed by clinic
◼️Wednesday felt like a huge milestone – prescribing hours completed and portfolio signed off 🙌
◼️Thursday Clinic
◼️Friday back in clinic, plus NI Health Care Awards 🎉 We didn't win, but what an incredible achievement to be finalists with such an amazing team.
◼️Saturday topped it all off with the Baman regional meeting and dinner (with a few drinks 🍷)
And today… a well-earned family day ❤️

Grateful, exhausted, and proud all at once.
