Goodbye January… Hello February! ❄️➡️🌸

January didn’t quite go how we had planned in our Carrickfergus Tuesday group. 🤨

We faced group day of bad ice ❄️ that meant many members couldn’t get in, and last week for the first time since I became a consultant 13 years ago had to close completely due to storm 🌬️💦and change our group day.

But do you know what? Our members showed exactly what they’re made of — commitment, determination, and incredible support for one another. They turned up whenever they could, and together we achieved a fantastic 502.5lb loss! 🎉

We also celebrated new target members, handed out loads of well-deserved awards, and were reminded once again just how amazing our members truly are.

So, goodbye January — you tested us, but we stayed strong.

Hello February, we’re ready for everything you have to bring! Let’s keep the momentum going and make it another brilliant month together 💕
