Not aesthetics related but definitely a note worthy achievement worth sharing - my sister and I completed our 1st HYROX on Saturday🥳🏃🏼♀️
I am so so proud of us and how well we did! We are already looking at booking the next one🫣
But I just wanted to share this to remind you all that you can do hard things! Juggling full time work, building a business and trying to have a social life, while also trying to be the fittest healthiest version of myself is bloody hard work but completing this HYROX was evidence to me that hard things are achievable if you put your mind to it!
Never be defeated by something that you really really want to achieve or conquer, be that a fitness, career or life goal - you can do it!!💪🏼❤️
