I’ve been quiet on here. The foundations of my life have shifted markedly in the past few months including moving into our beautiful new home in

I’m also recovering from a life-changing shock. A detached retina and emergency surgery to save my sight.

Taking the time to let this land deeply in my body and process the shock.

Deeply grateful to our brilliant for the emergency care I received and the brilliant eye surgeon Eddie Doyle

I can’t imagine a life not being able to see the beauty of nature 🙏🙏

So much healing in this ancestral land I call home ❤️🙏

So much gratitude for the calling to live within this valley, close to the estuary, and within touching distance of the sea.

I love this time of the year as the earth calls us to retreat, to rest, to turn inwards, to be still, to return to stillness and silence.

The smell of Autumn in these ancient lands is potent.

A beautiful time to reflect, to notice, to slow down and to be at peace.

To stop.

To breathe.

To exhale.

To let it all just fall away.

To trust life.

CREATING A NEW HOME

Hello beautiful and brave souls. It’s been awhile. I’ve been quiet on here for the past few months as I concentrated on shedding 25 years of family life, and Surrey living, to move to Newton Ferrers in stunning South Devon.

It’s been full on but so worth it.

It feels so good to be held by the ancient and stunning land here.

It feels so right to be close to the water; living on the Yealm Estuary just a short walk to the sea.

I feel that sense of belonging deep inside my bones. In my blood. In my heart.

Breathing in the smell of wild garlic, and seeing bluebells carpet the forest floor just 5 mins from my front door, was transformative.

Coming here has been a leap of faith (as all material changes in life truly are) but the sense of aliveness, of being rooted in this beautiful place, that feels so deeply like coming home, elicits such gratitude.

As I continue to find my way, my tribe and my clarity, there is a knowing that this land will play a key part in how I serve and hold space for conscious connected breathwork healing and Reiki.

Watch this space!!
