Happy Wednesday! 🌟This jumpsuit sat in my wardrobe for years—not because I didn’t think I’d wear it again, but because I stopped focusing on me and put all my energy into everything and everyone else. Stress and anxiety crept in, and I had no idea how much they were affecting my body.One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned is how much stress and anxiety can cause water retention. Once I took the time to sort out my mindset, it’s been amazing to see not only the weight shift but also how much excess fluid drained away.Let this be your reminder today: take a moment to check in with yourself, focus on you, and know that change is possible.
