Welcome to the beginning of your Chakra Meditation Series.
This 10-minute Root Chakra (Muladhara) meditation is designed to help you reconnect with your foundation—your sense of safety, stability, and inner support.
When the root chakra is balanced, you feel grounded, calm, and secure in your body and your life. When it is out of balance, fear, anxiety, and restlessness can arise.
In this practice, we slow down the breath, connect to the body, and gently guide awareness to the base of the spine—awakening a deep, steady connection to the earth beneath you.
This meditation includes:
• Grounding breathwork
• Root chakra visualization (red energy at the base of the spine)
• Deep connection to the earth
• Affirmations for safety, trust, and stability
You can practice this meditation:
– In the morning to feel centered
– In the evening to release anxiety
– Anytime you feel ungrounded or overwhelmed
