I’m so proud of being a father! Even though it can test me at times I feel privileged to be in the dad’s club! My boy has grown so fast in the last couple of years and this pic was taken last summer? Just reminds me to appreciate those precious times having quality time with your kid/kids. Can not wait for holiday with you my gorgeous boy. πŸ’ͺ🏻😎

What a weekend! Beautiful weather! Work was fun with clients and the game on sat. House stuff with bits and bobs that creep up on you all sorted. BBQ set up and test run went yummingly! Now baby BBQ outside in the new garden with some stranger things

Shift and carry Wod πŸ”₯ A great workout to test the whole body and endurance to complete a task. Is work in the army and aim is to improve conditioning for fitness test coming up so we threw this little workout together 😈.
10 shuttles
3 shuttles - one arm farmers carry 32kgs
Burpee broad jump to start next carry
3 shuttles -Dball carries 40kgs
Burpee broad jump to start next carry
3 shuttles DB OH carry 10-15kgs
Burpee broad jump to start next carry
3 chaos KB carry 24kg
= 1 round

My she-ra! Soon-to-be Mrs G. Getting some rays and a sweat on in the blistering heat and gorgeous sunshine. Little man D in toe supporting her all the way! Showing how far she has come with her kettlebell technique, and training is back on track after suffering with a few bumps in the road due to illness. Been a while since I attempted this weight, and knee held up so pretty please 10 reps at 300kgs πŸ˜ƒπŸ‘πŸ». My legs used to be so strong but my Pesci knees have always been my limitation. But you always need to re evaluate why something is happening and then you can consider a new plan to get back on track. Always good to look in the mirror and not be stubborn with long lasting injuries, body aesthetic or performance limitations. If you are doing the same thing and expecting a different result we all know his madness. If you really wanna get to your goals make sure you have a plan in place that gets you there is milestone victories until you reach the mountaintop!
