90% of people obsess about the results that they want rather than shifting their focus to change the daily behaviours that made them unhappy with their body in the first place.
The people that fall into this trap tend to be yo-yo dieters - obtaining short-term results via extreme measures and then reverting back to type once they inevitably fall off.
Stop wanting it all immediately and recognise that your habits put you there in the first place, it took time for you to develop them into your life and it will take time to change them for new ones.
It’s a slow process but it will lead to sustainable results over time. Rather than unsustainable results via extreme diets.
