I am Ross, the founder of Merakiyoga Surrey. I am a qualified Yoga teacher (BWY 500hrs) and Pilates teacher (L3). In addition to teaching in a number of local gyms, I run classes are in Surrey, that are affordable, accessible to different abilities and adaptable to different conditions. I have trained and teach different styles of Yoga (Hatha, Vinyoga, Yin, Menopause, Chair, Gentle, Kids) to suit

participants abilities. I teach classic Mat Pilates, using small equipment like thera bands, Pilates balls, Pilates ring. Private tuition in either Yoga or Pilates in the comfort of your home are available and are subject to availability.

Popped in to stock up some wonderful products from the lovely Luisa❤️ of ...and managed to get a picture in between the frequent visitors to her stall!

I use her lavander oil for massaging feet and tummy at the end of the day. Her roll on oils are so practical, they fit nicely in everyday bag.

🌕 Coming this weekend… the Snow Moon ❄️

This Sunday brings February’s full moon, known as the Snow Moon and named long ago because this time of year was often the snowiest of all.

If skies are clear, it should be a lovely one to look out for.

I’ll be sharing a full, easy explanation tomorrow afternoon about the moon and its origins, so keep an eye out 👀

Promoting yoga across all ages, gender and race - Yoga for everybody. The enthusiasm I get back is unmeasurable. I met so many lovely people of all ages, gender and race.
