Last night, I lay still beneath the full moon’s silver gaze, no phone, no noise, just her and me. Her light didn’t demand attention, it offered grace. In the hush between aeroplanes and owls, I remembered the power of stillness. The moon asked nothing of me, and reminded me: I am enough.

🌒 Sunday 13th October – Shadow Journaling & Guided Meditation
Step into the deep magic of autumn and the Samhain season. Through guided shadow journaling, we’ll gently release what no longer serves us, then close with a soothing meditation to bring balance and clarity. Tea, biscuits, and cosy candlelight provided.

🕯 Sunday 10th November – Candle Magic for Inner Guidance
As the nights grow long, learn the art of candle magic. You’ll dress and bless your candle with herbs and oils, setting an intention to guide you through the darker months. Includes guided meditation, tea, and sweet treats.

🌲 Sunday 15th December – Yule Wreath Making & Blessing Ritual
Celebrate the Winter Solstice by creating your own Yule wreath with seasonal evergreens and spices. We’ll weave blessings into each wreath and welcome the return of the light. Includes guided meditation, warming tea, and festive biscuits.

This is an important word to get right

What does neurodivergent actually mean? Too often, so called experts, advocates, influencers and even professionals get it wrong so here’s a graphic sharing what neurodivergent is and what neurodivergent isn’t.

💡neurodivergent is a socio-political term that names a social position and has always and continues to include anyone who diverges from neuronormativity including those with mental health conditions

🙅‍♂️ neurodivergent is not synonymous with neurodevelopmental condition nor is it another diagnosis or a medical, clinical or biological term

While not every neurodivergent person will use it as such, over the years it has become a term of resistance against the pathologisation of psychiatry who labels our differences, plurality, voice hearing and altered states as disorders or illnesses - this must be respected.
