This is very important information for neurodivergent people, and for those of you who care/ love ND people.
I know it specifically says ADHD but I am sure some who are Autistic or expectance things like RSD could benefit from knowing this too. It doesn’t have to be aware xx

Trialing the Dubbii app for the first time 👀👀 Initial thoughts, what I liked, what surprised me, and what I’m not sure about yet. This is a genuine first go, not a polished review.

Blue Monday 💙 real or just marketing?
Either way, January can feel heavy.

My go-tos when the days feel long:
✨ Stick to a simple routine
☕ Coffee
👯‍♀️ 8 minutes with a friend
🌱 Look for small joys – snowdrops, charity shops, a good perfume.

Top 5 for Mental Wellbeing
1. Routines – create safety and stability
2. Nature – calms the nervous system
3. Joy – small moments matter
4. Connection – one real connection helps
5. Rest – wellbeing starts in the body

Not a cure. Just gentle things that help.
If today feels a bit grey, be kind to yourself 🤍

The world feels loud right now.
When everyone else is running on amber, neurodivergent nervous systems often tip into red.
Heightened empathy, exhaustion, overwhelm it’s not weakness, it’s sensitivity.

Check in on your people. Get outside. Find moments of calm.

Joy is not optional — it’s essential.

January doesn’t ask us to bloom.

It asks us to rest.

While the world rushes to set goals, make plans, and demand momentum, winter quietly invites us to slow down. To soften. To nourish ourselves instead of pushing for change before we’re ready.
