Following the Government announcement on Saturday we would like to let you to know that our practices in England are still operating and here for you as normal, meaning that you are still able to attend the practice for your dental care.

WHAT DO I DO NOW?

You do not need to do anything unless you would like an additional call from one of our dentists to reassess and reassure you.

STILL WARY?

You will be pleased to know that we have enhanced our infection prevention and control procedure, have superior surgical grade PPE and have invested in air cleaners to clean the air, for your safety.

Additionally we will continue to:

• Risk assess all patients prior to their arrival
• Provide you with emergency care and advice

In line with current Government advice surrounding COVID-19, we are absolutely delighted to be able to tell you that following the Prime Ministers announcement on 28th May, the Chief Dental Officer of England has declared that Carterton Dental Practice will be able to begin to reopen gradually from Monday 8th June.

We will only open fully when the safety of our patients and our people can be assured. Your safety is our number one priority and we have been working tirelessly behind the scenes to align with Public Health England, so that when we reopen you can be confident of our continued excellent standards of care and infection prevention control.

If you are waiting for a routine care appointment please DO NOT CONTACT US AT THE MOMENT, we will not be able to make you appointment immediately but we will keep you fully updated by communicating directly with you with the intention to see you as soon as we can.
