A year ago, I couldn’t even lift an empty barbell. Now I’m hitting PB’s for the first time in two years with having 6 months off lifting in that time.

They say you come back stronger after injury, or I believe you become more determined than ever to get back where you were…

If you dedicate your training enough to the goal, with the right guidance and consistency you’ll get there 💪🏽

No better start to the week than to hit a PB in the gym! Love this game!

Confidence with the higher % is needed! Strength was there just took me a few attempts 🤣. Showing the reality of fails, these will show you when the form breaks down, 4th time lucky!

67kg… 4kg post injury and 1kg lifetime PB 💪🏽.

Thanks to for the programming; 2 months in, it’s working 🙌🏽💪🏽

Understanding the Ring Muscle Up, definitely the hardest skill in CrossFit (done well)! Not a super important skill to have but if your into competing or want a new challenge then it’s a great one to have.

Know your shapes/positions!

Master the low ring transition first:
1. Hips extended - fast!
2. Tension through legs and core
3. Face pull then press down
4. Fastest sit up in your life

It’s been a STRONG week 💪🏽 along with some awesome classes .habitat . Most weeks don’t always go this well, especially after some tough CF quarterfinals workouts! Great to test some 1 rep maxes, slowly getting back to 2024 strong Lozza 😂.

Completed 26.2 then got onto a plane ✈️ ⛷️ 26.3, we go tomorrow… full of cold and tired legs.   🫠🤣
