This week our lovely Gail reached her 2 stone award 🎉 Not only is this a fantastic milestone on her Slimming World journey, but it’s also helping her to manage her diabetes and feel healthier every day.

Slimming World proudly works in partnership with Diabetes.co.uk and Gail is living proof of how powerful healthy changes can be. She attends our Tuesday morning group at Aylesford Hall, and we couldn’t be prouder of her dedication and determination 💪🏼

Huge congratulations to our lovely member Angela, who has reached her Target Award 🎉👏. Angela joined my Tuesday Slimming World group earlier this year with one special goal in mind, she wanted to look and feel her very best for her granddaughter’s wedding 💕
