How lucky am I …

I’ve been searching recently for something that’s been missing, and it took me to take some time off to figure out the answers.

Yesterday, I held the most stunning bespoke space for some incredible ladies that needed to spend some quality time together, immersed in nature and to just be as one.

And they trusted me to not only make it special but to be apart of it too 🙏🏻🤍✨

The location could not of been more picturesque, rolling hills, luxury out door living , scenery and landscapes that would take your breath away Milton Farm Hideaway ,

Thank you to all of you ,I left with a full heart and knowing what and where I want to be with my business .

✨Welcome to sunset sauna and sound baths location ✨

Our first event was a great success, so we have decided to roll these out through the summer months .

A curated Ibiza chilled out play list whilst feeling the heat of the sauna watching the sunset, cold water immersion to up those dopamine levels in between.

Then gather in the fire lite bothy for a pure relaxation sound bath to set you up for the weekend ahead .

Booking is via sauna hug website, 6 spaces remaining.

Just find the Thursday 14th May date on the sauna hug website at 6.30pm and follow the link to book .
