If you'd like to start to become more active and need a way to get started, look no further! Join us at the Balsam Centre at 10am on Thursday!

☀️☀️☀️ The sun is out and the Amble is back! ☀️☀️☀️

What’s the Amble, you ask? It’s the shortest of our Health Walks (under 1km), taken at a slow pace. It’s ideal if you haven't done much walking before, or perhaps you don't leave the house that often and would like to feel the benefit of taking a gentle stroll outside with other people for company.

We start again for the season this Thursday, meeting at The Balsam Centre at 10am. If you can’t get to us easily, the CAT Bus will pick you up. Just call them two days beforehand on 01963 33864 to book.
