Highfield House Residential Care Home Highfield House Residential Care Home provides a Professional Responsive Care Service There is a daily variety of activities, and outings, to enjoy.

This Grade 2 listed fine country town House, with tranquil gardens, is situated in the centre of Castle Cary, an unspoilt Somerset town, offering a wide range of amenities within walking distance. These include the Post Office, Library, Public Houses, Banks and a variety of shops and cafes. Castle Cary is on the mainline rail link between Paddington and Penzance and the station is within walking distance of the house. Our 22 Residents are encouraged and assisted to remain as active and as independent as possible. We provide an excellent standard of holistic care which supports individuals’ choices in a variety of ways depending on their health and general well-being. Our aim is for Residents to feel ‘at home’ and in control of their own lives. This is achieved by ensuring that residents are genuinely involved in their person-centred care plan which is on-going. Our staff will strive to preserve and maintain the dignity, individuality and privacy of all residents within a warm and caring atmosphere and in doing so will be sensitive to the persons ever changing needs.
