We had a truly special celebration here today as we marked our latest CQC rating of GOOD. The afternoon was filled with great music from Eddie Dean, delicious special cakes, a selection of drinks, and several well-deserved speeches. 🥂 🎶

Our manager was presented with beautiful flowers, and our amazing staff were congratulated for their gallant efforts in bringing the home to where it is today. It was a proud moment for everyone involved and made for a truly lovely afternoon. 👏 😍

Thank you to our fantastic team, you should all be very proud! 🌟💐

🌞 A beautiful day out with our wonderful residents! 🌞

The crisp winter sunshine made for the perfect day to get out and about, and our residents had a blast! 🌟

We started the day with a visit to the local shop to grab the morning paper, and of course, a few well-deserved treats! 🍬🍪 Then, we popped over to The George Inn, where we enjoyed a cozy hot beverage and indulged in a slice of delicious homemade Victoria sponge. 🍰☕

A lovely walk followed, where we had the chance to chat with some friendly locals and soak in the atmosphere. There’s nothing quite like a stroll through the neighborhood and connecting with the community! 💬👋

We love these little adventures and are so grateful for the warmth and hospitality we always find when we’re out in the community. Can’t wait for our next outing! 💖

In this chilly weather, our garden birds are in need of some extra care! 🐦💙

Our residents have been busy creating homemade bird feeders by spreading peanut butter on wooden tubes and rolling them in bird seed. It's a fun way to keep our Cary Brook garden birds happy and well-fed! 🌾🥜

🎄✨ A joyful Christmas at Cary Brook ✨🎄

The lead-up to Christmas at Cary Brook was filled with fun, laughter, and magical moments. We were delighted by a special visit from Dinky the mini American pony, dressed in his festive outfit and guaranteed to make everyone smile. We also enjoyed cuddles with some fluffy bunnies, which were a real hit with residents. 🐴🐰

Our residents’ Christmas party brought plenty of entertainment, dancing, and festive cheer, and on Christmas Day we were thrilled to welcome Santa, who handed out presents to everyone. 🎅🎁

With lots of delicious Christmas food, a few festive tipples, and wonderful company, it truly was a special time enjoyed by all. 💛✨

We had a very special visit from our friends at Owl Obsession, and what a treat it was! Our residents were absolutely enchanted by these beautiful birds. 🦉💖

We met the lovely Little Fudge, the marvellous Asian brown wood owl called Woody, and the majestic Purdy who wowed us with her stunning orange marble-like eyes. It was a visit full of wonder and awe. 😍✨

Yesterday, our residents got into the holiday spirit by rocking their favorite Christmas jumpers! From reindeer to Santa, the sweaters were too cute to handle. 🦌🎅 There was lots of laughter, festive cheer, and a few "Ho Ho Ho's!" in the air. 😂
