The world around us might feed us messages that encourage a feeling of helplessness...watch out for that! we are powerful Beings and when we focus our intention and decide to create something in a positive way with a positive outcome this has a lot of power...especially if we stay connected to grounded realities too.
There is much to learn about this but that is one of our tasks here on this planet...
