✨ Thank you so much to everyone who joined tonight’s Crystal Singing Bowl and Gong Sound Bath at Lockington Village Hall. The atmosphere was deeply relaxed, and I felt truly honoured to share such a beautiful space and the healing sounds with you all.

Our next sound bath will be on Wednesday 8th October, and I’d love for you to join us. Spaces are already starting to fill quickly for this and also for the 22nd October session.

🌕✨ The Blood Moon Eclipse — 7 September 2025 ✨🌕

Tonight, the heavens gift us a rare and powerful sight — a total lunar eclipse, known as the Blood Moon. As Earth’s shadow cloaks the Moon in a deep red glow, the skies invite us to pause, reflect, and open ourselves to transformation.

Eclipses are often seen as thresholds — moments of endings and beginnings, when hidden truths are revealed and fresh paths emerge. The Blood Moon energy is intense, cleansing, and deeply symbolic: it illuminates what we need to release, while guiding us toward renewal.

🌑 Guidance for Tonight & the Days Ahead 🌑
✨ Pause in stillness — Find a quiet space under the night sky, breathe deeply, and allow the eclipse energy to wash over you.

I'm very excited to announce the first of my local soundbaths will be coming to Castle Donington, Hemington & Lockington later this month.

Dates just released are in September and two in October, at the Hemington/Lockington Village Hall. Early bird tickets are limited so be quick to snap them up!

Originally from Dublin, I've lived and worked here for 33 years, part of the British Midland intake back in the day. And some locals will know me from singing & playing music at open mics round Castle Donington some moons ago.
