Just checking in with folks. We’re well into February now, and the lighter days are clearly making a difference. Feeling lighter, brighter with a bit more energy? That’s what sunlight does to us. Ok so there’s been rain. A LOT of rain if you’re here in the UK, but after the rain comes sunshine. So enjoy it, pack a brolly and get out into the spring and wake yourself up slowly. I’ll be back in the autumn with some beautiful soundbaths as I’m still completing my studies in fashion knitwear, my other love of creating beautiful clothes with beautiful yarns. ✨ Yule Eve • Winter Solstice Eve ✨

Tonight we gathered at the threshold of the dark and the returning light.
Yule Eve is a remembering — of women, of fire, of the deep wisdom carried in our bones.

We honoured the longest night by tending the flame within.
By sitting with what has been heavy.
By gently releasing what no longer serves us — old stories, worn fears, the weight we were never meant to carry.

Fire teaches us how to shed.
How to soften and transform.
How to make space.

Tonight I held a very special private sound bath for a group of wonderful people, and also facilitated a fire ceremony for them.

This is a night to call on the ancestors — the women who walked before us, who survived winters of their own, who knew when to rest and when to rise. We ask them to stand with us, to guide us, to bring forward exactly what we need as we step into the turning of the year.

At BeeCalm, our sound baths hold this sacred pause — where vibration meets intention, where the body remembers how to feel safe, held, and clear. Let the sounds wash away the old and anchor the new.

May you release with kindness.
May you receive with trust.
May you carry the spark forward into the returning light.

✨ Thank you so much to everyone who joined tonight’s Crystal Singing Bowl and Gong Sound Bath at Lockington Village Hall. The atmosphere was deeply relaxed, and I felt truly honoured to share such a beautiful space and the healing sounds with you all.

Our next sound bath will be on Wednesday 8th October, and I’d love for you to join us. Spaces are already starting to fill quickly for this and also for the 22nd October session.

I’ll also be releasing November dates in the next couple of weeks, so keep an eye out if you’d like to book ahead.
