LivingWell Staff are dropping their favourite healthy meals... this week Luke’s sharing his favourite, easy weekday meal/

🍝 Easy & Healthy Pasta Bolognese 🍅
Quick, comforting, and full of goodness! ❤️
Packed with protein, vegetables, and flavour — perfect for busy days when you still want something homemade and satisfying. 💪

🛒 What You Need:
• 🫒 1 tbsp olive oil
• 🧅 ½ onion, chopped
• 🧄 1 garlic clove, chopped
• 🥩 250g (½ lb) ground beef
• 🍅 200g (7 oz) chopped tomatoes or tomato sauce
• 🍝 200g (7 oz) pasta
• 🧂 Salt & pepper
• 🧀 Grated cheese (to serve)

👩‍🍳 How to Cook:
• Heat olive oil in a pan, cook onion & garlic until soft.
• Add ground beef and brown it nicely.
• Stir in chopped tomatoes, season, and let simmer for 10–15 mins.
• Cook pasta in salted water, drain, and mix with the sauce.
• Top with cheese, serve hot, and enjoy every bite! 😋
