✨️ Thankfully I'm back to work this week, moving quite tentatively 😬 ✨️

I had to take last week off, as I injured my knee the previous weekend. To top it all off I had an extremely painful sinus infection.
I'm not good at sitting down, so it really was a humbling experience. I was definitely focused on the staircase in front of me, incase I fell down them ! I'm now confident to be taking positive steps again!! 🦵

✨️ Life can be challenging when something out of your control forces you to change direction, slow down or stop and re-think your path. Give yourself time and breathe, be thankful for all the small things that matter ☯️ ✨️

✨️ Really enjoyed meeting some new people & attending the Pre & Post Operation MLD course up in Glasgow on Monday ✨️
I've seen a rise in requests for manual lymphatic drainage treatment & I feel it's so important to learn as much as I can to offer the most appropriate treatments, as always, for each of my clients as individuals 😊

A little update on old Tykey boy. Before Christmas, we thought it was the end of the road for the old lad. He has now started on medication for Cushings & it seems there's a few more years left in the old dog. He's still a wee bit on the smelly side & it hasn't stopped him farting !! So extra essential oils in the diffuser are required 😊 💙
