We have been making the most of the lovely spring sunshine with trips out on the bus for a change of scenery and some fresh air. Residents have enjoyed getting out and about, taking in the sights, and enjoying the brighter days. Of course, no outing is complete without a wee ice cream, which always goes down a treat and brings plenty of smiles all round.

We have been advised by our local council that as they collect the refuse bins on a Monday, we cannot have parking at the reception entrance or the front door of the old building as this is causing problems for them getting on and off the property. Also at no time can we have parking on the corner of the old building as this could cause problems for emergency services or large delivery vans. We will be putting cones up around the no parking areas from Monday.

A massive well done to Hannah Little who was voted Employee of the Month for April 2026. Hannah was noted to be a caring, patient and kind person towards our residents. Hannah received her Award Certificate and a gift voucher to mark her achievement.

Happy Easter. We had such a fun filled day on Easter Sunday. We decorated our boiled eggs and rolled them down the slope and our Easter bonnets were judged. Each resident received baskets of treats with cream eggs, chocolate bunnies and mini eggs.
