Shoulder pain for over a year…

That’s understanding what the shoulder actually needs.

The right exercises matter.

• progressing things properly
• and staying consistent with it

Especially with how much sport some kids are doing now.

This is where the right plan, consistent work, and good communication make all the difference.

Communicating, and understanding why we're doing things, can be a game changer, especially for younger athletes.
