Rehab doesn’t always need to be complicated.

This was one session focused on improving movement options, reducing sensitivity, and building confidence back into the shoulder.

Reducing tension, settling the system, and creating a better starting point.

This should be in almost everyone’s program 💪🏻

The kickstand hinge is one of the best ways to:

✅️ Load one hip safely
✅️ Teach proper hinge mechanics
✅️ Actually feel the glute doing the work

Most people “hinge” with their lower back or hamstrings because they lack awareness and control.

That’s where the hand cues come in

👉🏻 Hand on glute = feedback, so you can feel your glute max expand in your hand.
👉🏻 Hand on crease of hip = direction check, so the pelvis goes straight back. Straight back = hinge!
👉🏻 Hand on glute = feedback again, straighten back up by extending the hip using the glute, not just straightening the bent knee.

Big, strong glutes aren’t just for aesthetics.

They help:

✅️ protect the lower back
✅️ improve running and walking mechanics
✅️ produce more force
✅️ make life easier

Strong hips = a more capable body.
This is strength with intention.

When I broke my back, I thought my spine would be fragile forever.

I stopped moving it.

It became stiff, weak and sensitive.

Your spine is designed to bend, extend, and articulate, vertebra by vertebra.

That’s what this trains.
