Hypnotherapy is one of those things people can feel quite sceptical about. I completely understand that. A lot of what people know about hypnosis comes from stage shows or TV, and it can make it seem a bit strange or unrealistic.
But in reality, hypnotherapy is simply a way of helping the mind relax and become more open to positive change.
I see people who have struggled with things for years — anxiety, habits they can’t seem to break, fears, sleep problems, weight issues — and often they’ve tried lots of other things first. Hypnotherapy can help people look at things differently, calm the nervous system, and gently change the patterns that keep them stuck.
You’re always in control, you’re always aware, and it’s a very natural state that most people actually find really relaxing.
It’s not magic, and it’s not about being “made” to do anything. It’s just a different way of working with the mind — and for many people it can make a real difference.
I genuinely love the work I do and seeing the changes people make for themselves. Sometimes all it takes is the right support and a different approach 💕
