😴 Can’t switch off at night? Try these hand reflexology points before bed…

✨ Solar Plexus – located in the centre of the palm. Working this point can help calm the nervous system and encourage deep relaxation.

🧠 Brain / Head Reflex – found at the tip of the thumb. This area relates to the brain, including the pineal gland which is associated with melatonin and our sleep–wake cycle, and may help quiet an overactive mind.

🦴 Spine Reflex – along the side of the thumb. Stimulating this reflex can help release tension and support the nervous system.

Try gently massaging each point with slow breathing for a few minutes before sleep.

Just in case you’re wondering why I used a doll instead of Koa for my teething reflexology reel…Here’s the blooper 😂🍼

This was our practice go…and he delivered a full commentary the whole way through 🙃

(And before anyone zooms in — the reflex points aren’t fully accurate here because this was just a run-through 👀😂)

This is your reminder that reflexology with babies doesn’t have to be silent 🤍
It’s baby-led.
It’s flexible.

A little breakdown of a facial reflexology session with me ✨

This is just a glimpse 😉! so much more happens during your treatment. There’s deeper relaxation, flowing massage, and hands-on work that hasn't been captured on here… you really have to experience it. 💆‍♀️

I wish more people knew about this point… the solar plexus 👣✨

In foot reflexology, the solar plexus is closely linked to the nervous system and the body’s stress response.

Working this point may help to:
• calm anxiety and overwhelm
• support emotional balance
• release built-up tension

• shift the body out of fight-or-flight and into rest mode

You really don’t need to worry before or during a reflexology session 🤍

⛔️People often apologise for falling asleep, getting emotional, chatting too much (or not at all), tummy noises, or even their feet — and there’s no need.

✨️Everything you experience is a normal response as your body begins to relax and reset.🌿

😴Reflexology is your time to switch off, soften, and let your nervous system do what it needs to do.

Just come as you are — that’s more than enough ✨
