As we move into a new year, I wanted to take a moment to send my warmest hello to you all.

This turning of the calendar can hold many different feelings — moments of hope, reflection, and connection, alongside grief, exhaustion, or simply doing what it takes to get through.

However you arrive at this new year, I hope you can offer yourself kindness and gentleness along the way.

I also wanted to share that, following the guidance of my medical team, I will need to take a little longer off work than I had hoped. This extra time is important so that I can recover fully and return in a way that feels steady and sustainable. I’m very grateful for your patience and understanding.

Thank you, as always, for being here and for the compassion that has flowed both ways in this space.

Wishing you a new year that brings you just what you need — moments of care, rest, grounding, and quiet support in the weeks ahead.
